Angela is the VP and GM of Umo Mobility for Cubic Transportation Systems. Angela brings more than 20 years of experience in the transit industry, including serving as CIO/CTO for NCTD, a multimodal California transit agency, leading public transportation services at Deloitte, and most recently as GM for Optibus, a SaaS public transportation startup company. She is also a PhD candidate at the University of Arizona.
