David deKozan is Vice President, Business Development for Cubic Transportation Systems, Inc. in this capacity David oversees new business acquisition across the Western United States and Latin America.
David has held various management positions within Cubic over in excess of 30 years and serves on the Board of Directors for both the Secure Technology Alliance and Circulate San Diego. He has played a leadership role in Cubic’s contactless smart card, open payments, and mobile solutions initiatives and been a frequent speaker at various industry conferences and events. David holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
